People often ask « what’s a serving ? », « how much is there in a glass? »…
Magic Fridge wants to save you the trouble of using scales or a measuring jug; we make do with what we have. We do realize that using « serving », « tablespoon », « glass » is vague. Here is a little reminder of quantities and their equivalences:
🍚1 serving = about 125g
🥛1 glass = 200g = 20 cl
🥄1 teaspoon = 5g
🥣1 tablespoon = 15g
🥫1 tin = well… depends on the tins
😅 on average between 200g and 300g
👢1 bunch = 250g
🥅1 filet (meat, fish) = 125g
🥜1 knob of … = 7,5g
🍝1 pack = depends on the pack
😁 don’t worry, both recipes and quantities adjust
🧂1 pinch = (precision, ladies and gentlemen…) 1g
🤝1 handful= 50g
🔃 1 turn of pepper mill= 0,5g (oui oui on a pesé nous-même) 🥪1 slice= on average 40g
You now know everything there’s to know on servings!
